Following another instance of court storming this college basketball season, this time at Wake Forest following a victory over Duke, Gary and SportsCenter host, Michael Eaves, question what it will take to get schools to take the issue seriously.
With Duke player, Kyle Filipowski, getting injured during this weekend’s court storming and Caitlin Clark colliding with a fan just over a month ago at Ohio State, it doesn’t seem like court storming is being treated as seriously as it should be. Universities are consistently continuing to struggle in managing the liabilities that the situation presents and, ultimately, that puts both the players and the fans in danger.
