RALEIGH, N.C. – The top five teams from the previous week all won and remained in the same spot in this week’s BOXTOROW Coaches Poll.
As it has all season in the Coaches poll, North Carolina A&T received a majority of the first place votes, receiving all but the one which went to No. 2 Grambling, the defending BOXTOROW national champions. A significant drop in the poll was made by Howard, which fell to No. 3 North Carolina Central 13-7 in Washington, DC.
The BOXTOROW HBCU FCS coaches poll is administered by FROM THE PRESS BOX TO PRESS ROW. The coaches poll is voted on by the HBCU Football Championship Subdivision coaches.
